ARA Cabinets 4 U offers virtually all of the services you would need to remodel your kitchen or bathroom (with the exception of painting and wallpapering), from floor to ceiling. These services include:
Shortly after you sign a contract to have ARA Cabinets 4 U remodel your kitchen or bathroom, your project is mapped out and placed on our installation schedule. Each phase of your remodeling project is assigned a time frame. The remodeling process begins by the careful demolition of your existing setup. This may or may not include the removal of your old flooring (including the subfloor, if necessary), cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, and the like. If your project requires it, the demolition might also include the tearing out of existing soffits, doorways, walls, windows, and other structural features. The demolition process would not be complete without the disposal of all of the materials that we've torn out of your old kitchen or bathroom. Although your refuse might weigh several hundred pounds, if at all possible, we try to haul it away without the use of a garbage dumpster. Only in rare circumstances would your kitchen or bathroom remodeling project require a dumpster. If required, our expert tradesmen can build walls, soffits, pass-throughs, new subflooring, and the like. Installation of plumbing lines One of the key processes before the installation of your cabinetry is the proper placement of your new plumbing and waste lines and venting. Our experts carefully consider all of the existing features of your home before they begin to install these essential plumbing lines.
Almost immediately after the expert technicians from ARA Cabinets 4 U have finished the preliminary installation process, they can begin the main phase of your kitchen or bathroom remodeling. Now that your subfloor has been determined to be structurally sound (whether it is existing or we had to rebuild it), our flooring experts can lay down your new floor. No matter what kind of flooring you've chosen, whether it be ceramic or porcelain tile, laminate, or real wood, you can be certain that your new floor will look great and stay strong for a long time to come. So you've evaluated the various brands of cabinetry that ARA Cabinets 4 U has to offer: Omega, Dynasty, UltraCraft, Woodland, and Dakota Kitchen & Bath. You've made your choice of a specific door style and material, be it wood (cherry, maple, oak, red birch, pecan, hickory, or walnut), paint, thermofoil, acrylic, or laminate. Now it's time to install the cabinetry, and our carpenters are up to the task. After meeting with your design consultant and going over the fine details of your remodeling plan, our expert carpenters are ready to install your quality cabinetry. Their careful execution of your plan and making last minute adjustments to the reality of your home is most likely the most important aspect of your kitchen or bath remodeling project. Once our carpenters have completed the installation of your bases cabinets, our countertop specialists can measure and make a template for your new countertops. If you've chosen one of nature's beautiful granites, then you'll already have chosen the exact slabs that will be fabricated into your countertops, thus ensuring your complete satisfaction with their pattern and appearance. Did you choose a Grohe faucet or a Kohler beauty? Will your new kitchen sink be made of beautiful stainless steel or color-coordinated cast iron? Is your new shower to be furnished with multiple body jets and an overhead tile sprayer? In any case, our expert technicians are ready, willing, and able to install all of your shiny new plumbing fixtures in your new kitchen or bath.
After all of the basic installations, as described above, are completed, it's time for our talented workers to work on the finishing touches. Depending on your unique situation and desires, this might include a fair amount of carpentry, including various moldings for the toekick covering, baseboard, shoe base (around all of the base cabinets), and under the wall cabinets (e.g., to hide any undercabinet lighting). This almost always includes moldings for above the wall cabinets, whether it be one type of a sleek, simple molding, or a stacked series of moldings, possibly even in various woods and/or stains. At some point near the completion of your remodeling project, the installation of your appliances must be done. Whether it's putting back your "gently used" (i.e., old appliances) or the installation of brand new ones, ARA Cabinets 4 U is willing and able to assist. However, we do not always perform these services, such as when a client purchases the appliances with free installation from the appliance dealer or in the case of high-end specialty appliances that must be installed by "approved" technicians in order for the appliance warranty to be honored. In our opinion, this is one of the most important phases of all remodeling projects.
